Working out...everyone's FAVORITE hobby, right?! Ok, probablyyy not. Trying to find the time/motivation to get yourself to the gym, to the park for a run, or even just complete that at-home workout in front of the TV can be HARD! We all have so much going on in our day to day lives, that sometimes we put our health/fitness on the backburner. That's why I decided to sign up to do personal training sessions 4x a week at POWER TRAIN SPORTS! This way, I know that I have 4 hours every week carved out in my schedule, dedicated to fitness & staying in shape. Plus, I'm never aimlessly wondering around a gym, trying to decide what to do or how to do it - because my awesome trainer, Nick, has everything handled!
