Don’t be afraid to think outside of the box when planning your holiday look! You can wear black, grey, silver, champagne, prints, etc – everything doesn’t have to be green or red! Also, I love the idea of mixing things up with a structured cape, a 2 piece set or a fun jumpsuit – you’ll be the standout style star at your holiday party.

One of the easiest (but also chicest) looks for fall starts with a simple shirt dress! I love the look of pairing an oversized plaid button down with boots for running errands during the daytime or a night out on the town – you can easily add more layers depending on the temperature.
When I was in New York this past weekend, I wore a black/red checked shirt dress (that was LESS than $25!) with a neutral pair of over the knee boots, a sleeveless black jacket & a bright blue, quilted bag to add a pop of color. I had a great time catching up with some friends this past week at the #BloggersAndLattes event in Orlando! For the occasion, I paired a tunic length animal print dress with metal arm details with some of my favorite skinny boyfriend jeans to create a fun fall look. I kept the accessories simple with some classic nude pumps & a tan structured hat!
