I started following celebrity trainer Chase Weber (@ChaseNFitness) on Instagram a few months ago because he keeps pretty much every beautiful blogger, stylist and celeb I follow in KILLER shape! I had to see what this was all about. Let’s just say 15 min into the WARMUP, I was already asking if it was over!
Chase is an ex pro football player originally from Texas with a whole lot of southern charm and a contagious personality! I know now why he has been so successful. If I was in LA full-time, he would be my go to trainer for sure! But since I’m clear across the country, I had to mentally and physically take in what he was teaching me.
The workout was an hour long and he focused on a whole body workout. We did something called the 3-3-3 method that focuses on Strength Power and Stability!! This is something Chase says is taking off! It’s basically 3 different movements, 3 times through. So 3 sets through is one cluster and you do this 3 times!
