JASPER, GA

I usually don’t post nature photos and blog about personal things in my life! 2015 Im trying to turn over a new leaf and be more real about who I am, and not what pictures appear to be! Last weekend we drove to Jasper, GA to say goodbye to my Nana. We all stayed in a cabin together in a cute little neighborhood called BentTree! If you haven’t been, it is a must see and a gorgeous peaceful place to visit! Bring some snacks though… Not many places to eat in Jasper, GA! The trip was one to remember always.. spending time by the fire, watching old movies and drinking coffee. We laughed, we cried, we laughed some more! This trip made me realize even more how important family really is. The hustle and bustle of our everyday lives can get in the way of what is really important sometimes. “Stop and smell the roses!” this was told to me by the father of my little Princeton who has battled cancer for the past 4 years of his life! It is so True! Sometimes we just need to stop and smell the roses, take a deep breath and take advantage of what we have RIGHT now!

WINTER WHITE

When I found these pants from Forever21 I never knew I would wear them as much as I have! I love finding gems like this for such an affordable price and that are so on trend right now! Winter White is a classic look that has been recreated season after season and can be pulled off very easily by anyone. The first time I wore these pants I paired it with a white crop top and a black leather jacket. This time I found this adorable top from Bloomingdale’s by Aqua to give it a more sweet girly look without having to cover up with a jacket. DON'T PANIC!!

2015 has started out a little differently than I anticipated, however life happens and we tell ourselves “DONT PANIC”! When I found this sweater at Bloomingdale’s I knew I had to have it! Working with Kristen Weaver and Krista Deckrow is always so much fun! It felt good to laugh and be in my uncomfortable element again of this whole taking photos thing! Here is to many more awkward photos and tons of great things to come in 2015!! Happy New Year y’all and remember.. Don’t Panic! xo

My favorite thing to wear these days are ripped up boyfriend jeans and a pointed toe pump! Layering is also key this Winter season! Stock up on some fun button down shirts that can go under crop tops, sweaters and spice up a long sleeve T-shirt!
