KEN’S BACK IN TOWN!

Ok!! I have had the pleasure of seeing Ken Downing twice now… and I must say he is one of my most favorite fashion celebrity crushes! He always has the best attitude, cutest sense of humor and his Kenisms are ones you never forget! Neiman Marcus Orlando hosted a gorgeous brunch benefitting Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts!  Ken showed us that when it comes to jewelry, too much is never enough! Turquoise jewelry is one of his favorites and layering, stacking and adding is going to be the key to stylish this season! Ken takes “flare” to a whole other level!!! We saw 50 shades of grey, black and white classic looks, oversized sweatshirts and sweaters over fancy gowns, and pants under dresses! Ken also explained to the guests that “Fashion is a dream” and “Wearing one designer from head to toe is not current!” Lets just say.. If you get an invite to see this incredible human.. DONT miss it!! He is engaging, dynamic, and knows his stuff!! Thank you Neiman Marcus Orlando and Ken Downing for the special treat! Now for the gorgeous looks he styled himself!

ADIOS!!!

This week has been a little crazy with work and coming down with a cold!!! So Im dedicating this post to saying Adios BEECHchachos  and bringing on the weekend! This little T-shirt made me laugh so I thought it was most fitting to add to the wardrobe! I love paring it with jeans or jean shorts but also being able to mix it up with one of my favorite staples (The Floral Skirt)!! I might have a dozen at this point! This one is from Forever 21 and is a light stretchy cotton! If mixing colors, prints or patterns… try and stick to a black and white combo somewhere in the outfit! Statement jewelry is on trend right now and such an easy way to SPICE up an outfit! yes I said spice! Anywho, onto the weekend! Im having the honor of styling a Fashion Show with Teen Vogue and Macy’s tomorrow! However I wont be wearing this T-shirt! Not the most professional! Enjoy!!

FLOWER POWER

TGIF! So happy it’s the weekend and what better way to end the week than with a little ” Flower Power” action for the day! I went with a matching separates outfit that I absolutely love!!  The fun print and feminine shape made for a perfect match followed by a pop of color from my shoes. The matching separates trend is something we’re seeing more and more of this summer and will continue to trend into fall! What’s great about this look is mixing and matching each piece individually and styling it in a totally different way!
